Cost is $15.00 ($25.00 after 10-1-09) per participant per event.
Registration will be official upon receipt of fire company check for the total amount.

Firefighters participating in the individual event will have to complete all five events.
(1- Stair climb, 2- Hose hoist, 3- Kiser force machine, 4- Hose advance, 5- Victim rescue.)
A fire company can have as many entrants as they want. The best three times will count towards a trophy.

Blood pressure check. No one will be allowed to participate without signing this form. The
